Orders placed by 10AM EST Monday-Friday

FAQ

You buy product will be sent with tracking number to customer email and signature required on delivery.

Once your payment is confirmed, orders paid before 8:00am from Monday to Friday will be dispatched and be sent at same day, orders after 8:00 am will be sent the next day. After 8:00 am Friday, Orders on Saturday and Sunday will be sent next Monday.

We ONLY deliver to the you shipping address. Please confirm your shipping address and your phone number before checkout. Our courier may contact you prior to delivery.

Please note that this item cannot be sent to PO BOX. If you want us to send to your PO BOX, please contact us firstly, we will check that if we can send to your PO BOX. If the item is returned due to insufficient address or unsuccessful delivery, we will charge another shipping fee to resend the item.

If no one is at home to sign for the goods, a card will be left and the item will need to be picked up from the local depot. If the buyer would prefer a second delivery, the buyer will need to contact the company to authorize a second delivery. But the Second Delivery fees would be afforded by you.

If you cannot be sure you will be at home during the day, we recommend you provide a valid address that the parcel can be delivered to.
